All overnight guests receive complimentary Day Passes. Adventures and room rentals are also offered at a discounted rate. 

• $50.00 per person/night (less than 50 guests)
• $45.00 per person/night (50+ guests)

• $400.00 per cabin/night (less than 10 guests)

Most adventures are priced at an hourly rate. There is a two-hour minimum required for groups of 25 or more.  We provide discounted adventures to overnight guests and guests with day passes.

1. How do I book a tour?
   You can book a tour by emailing us at bookings@ftkmemphis.com
2. How do I inquire about booking?
   Please utilize the “Book Now” link on our home page and fill out our online booking inquiry form. You can also click here.
3. What if my guest count goes up or down?
   You have until 30 days before your arrival to change your guest count. Once we are within 30 days and final payment has been made, we can no longer update your guest count if it goes down. If your guest count has gone up, we cannot guarantee we can accommodate the change the closer we get to your booking with us.  If we can accommodate you, the additional charges will be added to your final invoice.
4. What if I need to change the date(s) of my stay?
   We do require a non-refundable and non-transferable deposit to book. If you need to change your date, another deposit will be required.
5. What does the overnight stay include?
   You will have access to cabins and/or dorms with bunk-bed style sleeping arrangements and a community style bathroom. Please note we do not provide towels, toiletries, or extra bedding.  Your overnight stay will also include complimentary day passes which allow you to enjoy most of our campus amenities.
6. What is the difference between a dorm and a cabin?
   There are two dorms located in the upstairs of our Grove with a designated male and female dorm. Our twelve cabins are located outside across the lake.  The cabins are also equipped with refrigerators and microwaves.
7. What if I don’t want to stay overnight?
   There are half-day and full day passes available for campground activities. We also have rooms available for rent.  Please see our Pricing Sheet for more information.
8. What time is check in/check out?
   If you have overnight accommodation, cabin check-in is 2:00pm and cabin check out is 11:00am. If you are here just for the day, your reservation time may start as early as 8:00am and your day must end no later than 6:00pm.  Please note that overnight guests checking out will still have access to the campgrounds until 6:00pm.  However, your belongings must be cleared out of your rooms by check out time.
9. Will I have the grounds to myself?
   Generally, NO. However, you may inquire about our exclusivity rates.
